About Chris
Hi, I’m Chris, and I’ve spent over three decades on a mission: to help people live their best lives. From teaching at Trent University, to exploring the complexities of psychology at Guelph’s psychiatric hospital, and to guiding clients towards wellness and personal growth in private practice, I’ve learned a lot about what works to foster positive change.
But let’s be honest. Life doesn’t always go as planned. I have faced my own challenges over the years and I deeply understand how tough - and complex - navigating the tough times can be. It’s why I shifted gears to focus on coaching. This has been a game-changer for both my clients and myself.
Outside of work, you’ll find me engrossed in books or enjoying sports - especially baseball and hockey. The thrill of the game is a lot like life’s challenges and triumphs. I’ve even had the honour of supporting young athletes.
I'm a proud husband, and father to a wonderful adult son. I also have a loyal buddy named Vincent. Vincent is more than just a dog; he's a part of our team, responsible for giving clients the warmest welcome when they walk through the door.
So, why go it alone if you don’t have to? If you're ready for a change, I'm here to arm you with tools and insights, and to cheer you on every step of the way. Let's make your life one that truly resonates with who you are, what you value, and the dreams you are aiming for.

About Jen
Jen is my business partner as well as my life partner. She is in charge of scheduling, emails, and pretty much every aspect of the business that doesn't involve actual coaching. Although she "hates technology," she is quite good at figuring it out. She loves walking Vincent, hiking, gardening, reading, and painting.
