Initial Consultation
What are you hoping for from our work together? In our initial session we'll sit down to identify your unique needs and aspirations. I'll try to get as much information as I can about what you want, what your priorities are, and what is blocking you from moving forward. I'll answer any questions you may have. This initial connection lays the foundation for a customized coaching plan, tailored to guide you towards your fullest potential.
Assessment
We will take a close look at your core values, perceived strengths, and areas where you'd like to see growth. Doing so will enable us to tailor strategies geared toward your unique aspirations and needs. This focused approach ensures that your energy is directed towards what truly matters to you. Living for what matters most changes everything.
Goal Setting
Together we will set clear goals based on where you are now and where you would like to see yourself in the future.
Strategizing
We will decide the best strategies and actions for achieving your goals, including breaking them down into manageable steps or tasks, if necessary. Recognizing opportunities and obstacles in advance, we strategize to make your upcoming journey smoother and more aligned with your inner beliefs. It's about empowerment, clarity, and working together to navigate your life with confidence and fulfillment.
Action & Accountability
Most clients attend weekly or bi-weekly sessions to ensure accountability. In these sessions clients will be asked to reflect on their progress and discuss their "homework" (if assigned). They will receive support, encouragement, and new tools and strategies.
Achievement
Celebrate your achieved goals and reflect on your journey. Continued support and check-ins are available as needed to maintain progress and provide additional growth opportunities.
